Customer Service Representative

Fullwood Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Full Time Customer Service representative to join our extraordinary team. The position will average 36-40 hours per week and will consist of 4 weekdays shifts. Candidates must be energetic, motivated, positive and goal oriented. At least 1 year of experience is preferred.

The job includes, but is not limited to - answering telephones, greeting clients, update electronic patient files, escorting clients and patients to exam rooms, receive and relay client correspondence and update client financial records.

Our hours are Monday/Thursday 7:30am-7pm and Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 7:30am-5:30pm.
