Hourly Rate: $19.25
Position Summary:
Full-time bilingual English/Spanish position available immediately. The position is located at our Federal Way Medical Clinic. In this position you will be assisting patients to access & establish medical care, and other related services. Under the direction of the Managed Care Department Head, the CSR pro-actively contact customers, assists in scheduling initial appointment, answers questions regarding online application processes, and provides linkage to various services and programs.
The qualified applicant must have strong multi-tasking skills and exceptional Customer Service experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to operate with a high level of professionalism. In addition they must demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills and must be detail oriented. The CSR expected to have a strong work ethic, exercise good judgment, maintain strict confidentiality, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The CSR must also be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet established goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in social services, healthcare, case management or patient accounts is a plus
- Computer skills are a must with emphasis on MS Excel and Word
- Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish both written and orally
- Must be flexible with their work schedule
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
