We have an immediate opening for a veterinary receptionist! We are looking for team members that have the ability to provide our clients with an amazing experience every visit.

Our receptionists are responsible for the bulk of customer interaction, phones, scheduling, prescription requests, and taking and leaving important messages for/from the doctors. This is long term permanent position and applicants should be career-seeking, not seeking short term employment. Full time available, with benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, retirement plan and generous pet care discounts available. Full time position will require opening (8am) and closing shifts (6/7pm) and some Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
- Checking clients in/out for appointments
- Answering multi line phone system
- Ensure a comfortable and sanitary environment for all patients/clients.
- Communicate with doctors, technicians, and other staff
- Bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, standing/walking on tile floor up to 8 hours a day, typing, writing, etc
- Assist with client education, filling prescriptions and computer transaction entry during office hours.
- Monetary transactions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
