Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative position is a full-time entry to mid-level in-house position that directly reports to the Customer Service manager. You will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your main tasks will include assisting customers with order tracking, product information, and general inquiries, as well as processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, detail-oriented, personable, and self-motivated. The ability to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues while maintaining positive customer relations is highly preferred.
Job Tasks:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to both internal and external customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Effectively communicate and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and general inquiries
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current on company policies and procedures
- Document and update customer interactions and transactions in CRM system
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics and goals
Qualifications:2 - 4 yr. college degree in a related field, preferably Business.
- 1- 2 Years Customer Service Experience
- Computer literate in MS Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Ability to handle sensitive information with highest level of integrity
- Strong analytical skills and ability
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Preferred Skills / Experience: Sales Or Customer Service Experience
