This position is responsible for servicing customers via phone and emails to provide most current information and problem solving.
- Respond to customers inquiries via phone and email.
- Track and trace freight at different customers and locations.
- Invoicing.
- Resolve customer issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Work with various steamship lines and/or freight customers release dates.
- Navigate through systems for problem solving.
