We are looking for a full-time, self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Jose, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our client's customers face to face in a retail setting
- Respond to potential customers with inquiries about products and services, as well as other Customer Service-related inquiries.
- Work with our internal sales team on sales opportunities for new accounts as well as existing accounts that require new order quotes or follow-up calls or emails to our customers.
- Participate in internal training programs on new product offerings as well as existing product offerings such as software or hardware.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent; 2 year or Bachelor's a PLUS.
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing a PLUS.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team player mindset.
- Ability to work in a flexible, team oriented environment that requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities and priorities.
