The Role:
The Web Customer Service / Order Entry Team Member is responsible for providing Customer Service for web customers and for order entry processing for all web orders.
Responsibilities
- Process web orders, download eBay, scan emails for order changes, release orders from admin hold, print by Amazon, eBay, DS, Ministry, and Shop. Stamp same day orders/scan orders to shipping
- Process web orders by phone or email
- Handle web Customer Service issues
- Process multiple email accounts for all the websites Customer Service sites
- Data Entry- keying and printing orders, release orders on admin hold
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Time management
- Problem solving
- Attention to detail
- Work independently
- Task oriented
- Fast typing skills
- Experience with MS Office
