Responsibilities
● Dispatcher: Coordinate schedules for technicians and support staff to optimize efficiency and ensure timely Customer Service.
● Customer Service Excellence: Be the friendly face and voice of our company, providing top-notch service to our valued customers.
● Team Support: Collaborate with the field team to facilitate effective communication and contribute to a positive work environment.
● Outbound Calls: Follow up on estimates and proactively schedule maintenances and warranty follow-ups
● Financial Management: Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping to support the financial health of the office.

Requirements:
● 3+ years of CSR experience
● Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test

Salary: $18 - $22 hourly
