We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities include :
- Answering multi-line phone system, directing calls, scheduling sales appointments, taking messages
- Data entry
- General office duties - filing, photocopies, faxing, scanning, etc
Applicant should :
- Be reliable, enthusiastic, responsible, and self-motivated along with having excellent verbal and communication skills
- Be able to multi task and prioritize
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively and learn quickly
- Bilingual preferred (but not required)
Permanent and Temporary positions available.
Experience is not required, we are willing to train.
