As a Customer Service Representative, you work directly with our customers taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, responding to emails, and processing requests. You will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, while adhering to a high standard of quality. You will also determine what the customer needs are and provide a simple solution within the outlined scope, and then routes customers to the proper group. You will also document all customer interactions.
About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls, providing excellent Customer Service for customers. This includes redirecting customers to the proper department.
- Process credit cards for chargeable customer interactions.
- Resolve basic support issues.
- Monitor mailboxes and respond in a timely manner.
About You and How You Can Excel in This Role
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a customer support environment, preferably in a high-tech setting, with proven Customer Service skills.
- Effective time management skills, including the proven ability to manage projects with tight deadlines.
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer/Internet skills and proficiency preferred.
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and a strong commitment to excellence.
