SalaryWe are looking for a well-versed Customer Service professional with a background in clerical accounting. The selected candidate would act as a floater between Customer Service and our accounting department. You will perform Customer Service to our business clients via email/phone and perform routine clerical accounting work in the customer support services, and record keeping.
The ideal candidate for the Customer Service position must have the following:
- Graduation from high school or equivalent and 2 years in demonstrated clerical accounting and Customer Service field
- Strong data entry skills
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook
- Switchboard experience a plus
- Experience with handling credits
Candidate for the Customer Service position must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
