Growing, fast-paced 3PL warehouse is looking for a result driven, high-performing
Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CSR to join a progressive work environment with competitive pay and benefits. This individual is required to have Customer Service experience with some 3PL warehouse experience, is focused on ensuring we are competitive and innovative and has excellent client relations skills. Must be proficient in all aspects of Customer Service & warehouse shipping procedures. The CSR is responsible for communication between the client and across all warehouse departments related to 3PL operations in a multi-client warehouse. This individual will be part of ensuring processes are followed in effort to provide accurate inventory, timely shipments and receipts to meet our client demands. This person will report to the Customer Service manager
Responsibilities:
- Order processing
- Confirming orders with customers once entered into the system
- Assisting with reconciling daily shipping report, updating WMS and conveying information to accounting for invoicing
- Order management, tracking and reporting.
- Scheduling inbound/ outbound Appts.
- Daily E-commerce orders/ drop ship processing
- Amazon shipping plans
- Manage daily inbound / outbound shipping schedule for clients & warehouse for freight carriers
- Bol processing
- Performs light billing functions.
- Provides resolution of customer requests by dealing tactfully and effectively with their orders, requests, issues and provides options to resolve complaints.
- Working with a WMS system to ensure accurate inventory and order details
- Communicating with customers via phone and email.
- Sending customer tracking/BOL’s in a timely manner, when needed.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by communicating immediately between the client and operations with updated information and scheduling.

- Must be flexible and have ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Must be detail oriented and have concern for quality.
- Computer Skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Google Sheets.
- The ability to be organized and forward-thinking.
- Ability to learn and correctly interpret and apply policies and procedures.
- Maintains a positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
