Match Eyewear is a leading manufacturer and distributor of premium fashion eyewear, with worldwide headquarters in Westbury, NY. We have a dedicated sales force covering the US, Canada, Europe and South America.
Due to continued expansion, we are seeking additional Customer Support Representatives. Opportunity to work with a senior Management team and gain exposure to all corporate disciplines. Good experience for a new graduate in an entry level position working with a leader with many years of corporate experience; assisting with career coaching and mentoring. Opportunity to grow and develop in a thriving Company.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing phone and web orders.
- Providing support to Sales Consultants across the US and Canada.
- Fielding customer questions and requests.
- Answer phones for all Customer inquiries
- Processing return transactions.
Requirements:
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Computer skills
- Fluency in English required
- Fluency in French is a plus
