Labeltronix/AWT is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.

The CSR is responsible for supporting a set group of accounts. They will work with and support the sales team affiliated with those accounts. They will assist customers in a quick paced, high volume environment by engaging with customers, assessing needs, managing expectations, entering orders, monitoring order status, maintaining internal and external lines of communication and practicing responsive problem solving.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Special projects and other duties may be assigned as needed.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:

• Develop, solidify and strengthen Labeltronix relationships with set group of accounts
• Quote customers on repeat, repeat with change and new label opportunities
• Responsible for processing customer orders through Labeltronix system/process
• Perform all required research for repeat/repeat with change jobs to ensure accuracy
• Project management for new label projects or repeats with change.
• Supports sales staff with quotes and customer communication
• Notify sales representative when there are new projects or indications of any problems with accounts
• Receive and respond to inbound customer calls, emails and inquiries
• Make outbound calls to customer as necessary
• Document daily transactions/calls into Labeltraxx
• Support fellow team members
• Acquire new customer information and set up new accounts in Labeltraxx.
• Document all special pricing programs/promises into Labeltraxx
• Document all special requirements and specifications into Labeltraxx
• Assist customers with website navigation and artwork uploads
• Communicate and consult with customers on artwork elements and overall design of label
• Gather accurate information and art files to be submitted as preflights to prepress
• Gather and record accurate information and required art files from customer
• Submit preflight requests for all new artwork to prepress dept.
• Provide customer with proof/order status
• Monitor and follow up open order report (dock dates)
• Monitor and follow up on open proof report
• Handle all “complaint” situations and enter complaints or credits as applicable
• Investigate and resolve customer problems
• Serve as a liaison between production/prepress and the customer
• Support and contribute to the overall success of Labeltronix.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel)
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Account Management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong communications skills
• Self-discipline, the ability to work alone.
• Experience with Windows based computers programs.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, percentages and proportions.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year in a label printing operation a plus.
• At least 2 years experience in a printing related field

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Basic understanding of Word, Excel, E-mail programs

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds without aid
• This position may require sitting at a desk for extended periods of time (in excess of 2 - 3 hours without getting up)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
