SalaryResponsibilities of Customer Service Representativeinclude, but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
- Processing customer phone and e-mail orders
- Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
- Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
- Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
- Shipping & Receiving for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assisting with warehouse duties when needed
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representativeinclude, but are not limited to:
- 1+ year (s) of experience in electrical, hydraulics, pumps, bearings and power transmission, MRO, cutting tools and /or safety products preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
- Must have experience performing a majority of the functions
- Prior inside sales/Customer Service experience
- Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required
- Regular in-person attendance requiredNormal business hours Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
