Job Description
- Provide data entry and clerical support.
- Maintaining of daily correspondence and documentation.
- Responsible for generating weekly and monthly departmental reports
- Maintains, tracks, and reports on administrative functions as assigned.
- Assists department with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma - Required, Associates or higher - Preferred
- 2+ years of Experience in a high-volume call role - Required
- Medical Terminology Knowledge - Required
- CSR , Customer Service Representative, clerk, Admin .
