Redi Carpetis seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist with invoicing experience and a can-do attitude and team-player mindset. Customer Service Specialist will ensure that customer invoicing is processed in a timely and accurate manner.
This is an entry level position requiring 6 months to 1 year of experience. Salary is in-line with this experience and a high school diploma.
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities(include, but limited to the following)
- Process customer invoices daily
- Maintain customer invoice files
- Resolve invoicing discrepancies
- Generate corrected invoices when necessary
- Issue credits for corrected invoices and returned materials
- Keep track of all invoicing activity
- Process charge-backs for labor discrepancies
- Process warranty work orders
- Support the Customer Service Center team to fulfill team goals
- Assist with various tasks as requested by supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Team Player who is dependable and collaborative
- Billing, payroll, or invoicing experience preferred
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Excellent attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills
