Title: Customer Service Advocate I
Location: 100% REMOTE to CA, AZ, WA candidates only
Duration: 3 months contract with potential extension
Target Start Date (based on successful onboarding completion): 05/06/2024
Shift: Must be able to start anytime between 7:00 am - 9:30 am PST or MST and will work an 8-hour shift, schedule will be given depending on department needs.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- MUST HAVE 100% ATTENDANCE NO TIME OFF ALLOWED FOR THE FIRST 90 DAYS
- We will work remotely but If there is a home outage for internet or power, we might ask employees to work from the nearby office. Must have reliable internet, at least 50 Mbps
- Must be FLEXIBLE to work on any assigned Shifts/Weekends/Holidays and overtime if needed
Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities of this role and a description of the project:
- Answering calls for Member Services - assisting callers with Medicaid needs
- Educating members on benefits and resources available
- Data Entry
- Training is anywhere from 2-6 weeks and the camera will need to be on at all times.

Required Skills/Experience/Education:
- 2+ years of RECENT Customer Service in Call Center Experience (Healthcare Preferred)
- Strong Customer Service & Typing Skills (Required 40 WPM / Preferred 60 WPM)
- Proficient Microsoft Office, Computer Savvy Skills with prior experience working between multiple screens/monitors and able to troubleshoot; experience working from home.
- Strong work history and job stability, no big resume gaps. Attendance-must be timely and show up to work
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $18.00 per hour
