Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a sales Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls
• Research new sales leads, using google maps and our customer database.
• effectively communicate with customers answer their questions and help provide solutions to their problems.

Skills

• Show up to work on time.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Self manager
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
• Good critical thinking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
