Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage case assignments from start to finish
- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Contact customers to notify them of claim investigation and any planned adjustments
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Provide timely responses on all inquiries and requests
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Stay current on process and policy changes
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, Customer Service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience:
- Communications Degree (or college degree) with 3+ years Customer Service Experience
- 3+ years Customer Service Experience
Compensation
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
