Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and schedule calls accordingly to department
-Assist Customers with other needs, including taking payments and other questions they might have
-Make outbound calls to customers to schedule plan agreement visits
-Most work would be remote so the main responsibility of this role would be to answer phones, other work would be distributed from the main office as needed.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is not necessary
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills a must. All of our work is on computers.
