- Primary person to answer the phone
- Greet and build rapport with walk-in customers, identify their needs & guide them through the collision claims process.
- Schedule appointments for estimates, repairs & rental vehicles
- Serve as cashier
- Data entry to set-up and close Repair Orders
- Complete clerical/data entry/accounting tasks
- Bilingual is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with others – verbal and written
- Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management and the ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Personable, friendly demeanor with “legendary” Customer Service approach
- Well groomed, professional appearance
