Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This role requires patience, empathy, and a dedication to delivering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.

Requirements:
