Customer Service Representative needed for local flooring office in Beaumont.
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has strong communication skills.
Customer Service Representative Duties
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate and efficient data entry of customer information
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Customer Service Representative Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Bilingual skills, in Spanish are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in sales or Customer Service is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
