Customer Service Representative

Roll the film! We are looking for outgoing individuals who enjoy a dynamic, fun, and creative work environment at a film and camera related company in Waltham, MA. No experience in film necessary.
This is a Remote position.

In this role you will assist in fighting fraud and investigating lost or missing camera equipment while providing customer support to professional and amateur filmmakers. This job is a combination of customer support and fraud prevention. You must be able to meet tight deadlines and being structured in your day is essential.
Other job duties including but not limited to: assessing risk of lending high-value equipment to customers, providing customers with answers to questions and basic troubleshooting of their account, effectively communicating with customers via phone or email, capturing payments, escalating problems to the team that require immediate in-depth review, and developing your skills in SalesForce, SAP, and spreadsheets.

Pay | $18.50 - $19 per hour

Schedule | 8 AM - 4:30 PM EST (remote, some flexibility)

Requirements | 2 years of Customer Service experience, ability to multi-task, and flexibility to work with a team
