Customer Service Representative

Position Title: Customer Service Representative (Front Desk)

Reports To: General Manager

Job Summary:

The Front Desk will help ensure that IRON is running smoothly by following all operational procedures within the Front Desk department and the facility. In addition, you must provide the highest level of Customer Service throughout your working day, making sure every member is experiencing the best of IRON!

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Greet all members and guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the facility.
• Check in all members in accordance with company procedures.
• Answer phones in a courteous manner stating the company name, location, and personal name
• Facilitate all member requests within club policies or forward them to a manager.
• Maintain a professional manner at all times
• Facilitate payment of member services following the company procedures
• Know the club facility, services, and schedules inside out.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in tasks that are delegated by management.
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
• Opening and closing duties.
• Attend any employee training meetings.
• Process gym memberships.
• Responsible for gym walk-thru, making sure the gym is reset at all times.
• Log all maintenance concerns that are reported.
• Make sure towels are available at all times

Physical Requirements

* Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time

* Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30lbs
