Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative for our HVAC company, candidates will undertake a pivotal role in managing all incoming calls from both residential and commercial clients seeking service for their air conditioning, heating systems, and generators. Responsibilities encompass creating work orders, scheduling technicians, and proactively following up with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery. This involves not only tracking parts ordered but also addressing various client inquiries and concerns, maintaining clear communication channels, and providing timely updates throughout the service process.

Pay: $29,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year
