Objective: To build and strengthen customer relationships by providing correct and timely information to the customers as well as our production department in order to successfully manufacture quality tooling on time while listening to changes in our customer's needs and relating those changes to the Stafford management team.

Experience Required:1 year of Customer Service experience or 1 year of die-making experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process quotes and orders; accurately and in a timely manner
- Process CAD Files (Artios) for production
- Assist with customer inquiries
- Maintain an orderly office
- Other tasks may be required, upon request, depending on the current situation
