We are professional and agile and our goal is to bring to market FRESH juices, HANDCRAFTED from generations-old recipes by GINGER LOVERS (That’s us!). GingerVyne, an affiliate of Local Atlanta Farm Company, was founded in 2014 as a 100% locally-owned and operated commercial beverage company about 30 minutes south of Atlanta in McDonough, GA. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. ```Responsibilities```

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product information, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using QuickBooks

- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking merchandise as needed

- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy, striving for resolution

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet Customer Service goals

- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle various customer interactions

- Retail sales experience is preferred but not required

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus

- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately

- Knowledge of food and beverage or interest in learning about beverage products

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Effective phone etiquette to provide professional phone support

- Familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage
