Customer Service Representative

King GREEN is a locally owned and operated lawn care company that has proudly been in operation since 1987. Our longevity is due largely to our team of dedicated employees; many of which have been with us for over 10 years.

We are currently looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and well-rounded person to fill a Full-Time Customer Service Representative role at our Gainesville office. The hours worked will be 8am-5pm Monday-Friday (Saturday’s possible on occasion).

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Pay: $16.00/hour.

We are a drug free workplace.

Duties include but not limited to:

· Answer inbound calls, emails and texts from customers

· Partner with our customers and other departments to resolve issues

· Process customer payments

· Maintain proper communication with other departments

· Ensure complete customer satisfaction

· Make outbound collection calls, emails, texts to customers.

Qualifications:

· Proper telephone and email etiquette is a must.

· 2+ years Customer Service experience (preferred)

· 2+ years of experience with answering inbound calls

· Knowledge of the service industry (preferred but not required)

· Ability to multitask between calls, voicemail, texts

but it is not every weekend and it is not a full day.
