Job description
``Responsibility:``
- Perform office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files.
- Entering and preparing documents, reports and correspondence - Assisting with order entry and inventory management
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar.
- Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with office management tasks, including maintaining office supplies and equipment. - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations. Event Planning and Coordination
``Requirements:``
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners) and basic troubleshooting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all business tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information carefully
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detailed and enjoys providing management support.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
