Hourly Wage: $19.25
Position Summary:
Full-Time Customer Service Representative position available for our Managed Care Department located in Lynnwood, WA. This position requires that applicant be bilingual in English and Spanish. Candidates that are not Bilingual in English/Spanish will not be considered.
In this position you will be assisting patients to access & establish medical care, and other related services. Under the direction of the Managed Care Department Head, they pro-actively contact customers, assist in scheduling their initial appointment, answer questions regarding online application processes, and provide linkage to various services and programs. The qualified applicant must have strong multi-tasking skills and exceptional Customer Service experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to operate with a high level of professionalism. In addition, they must demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills and must be detail oriented. They are expected to have a strong work ethic, exercise good judgment, maintain strict confidentiality, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. They must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established goals and deadlines.
Education and/or Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in social services, healthcare, case management or patient accounts is a plus
- Computer skills are a must with emphasis on MS Excel and Word
- Must be able to work schedule between 11 am to 8 pm on Saturdays
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills
- Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish both written and orally
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required
