Busy insurance office looking for a Customer Service rep with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Insurance background or office experience is preferred by not required. We will train the right person. All of our team members must have or be willing to obtain their CA insurance license.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to existing clients.
- Process customer change requests.
- Learn and follow all underwriting rules.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction.
- Reach out to customers to set up annual reviews.
- Handle billing questions and take payments.
Requirements
