ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for a Customer Service specialist to join our Shareholder Services team. This is an onsite position at our Watertown, Wisconsin location. The schedule will be more flexible with the potential to morph into a hybrid work model down the road. We are looking for someone who loves solving problems and creating long-term relationships. This is a great opportunity if you care deeply, genuinely, and passionately about Customer Service and about the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
In a nutshell, you are the face and voice of Wis-Pak. Our shareholders/customers look to you for help and answers. You are our frontline workers. You help develop, process, track, and communicate customer orders from import and entry to inventory allocation and scheduling, to dispatch and shipment, through fulfillment and delivery. We don’t expect you to know what this means; we will train you. What you must bring to the table is enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
THE MUST HAVES:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office suite
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills
- Professional communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Good organizational, analytical, multitasking and problem solving skills
- A self-starter and go-getter
