QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Excellent Customer Service skills to communicate in a clear, effective and respectful manner with the general public and use excellent human relations skills as a representative of the PUD.
- Ability to exercise reasonable common sense and good judgment in the working environment.
- Possession of a valid WA State driver's license and a good driving record.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Ability to operate all types of electronic office equipment.
- Accuracy in working detail is necessary while effectively managing time and assume a variety of responsibilities.
- A high school education or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a Customer Service setting.
- English/Spanish bilingual encouraged to apply.
