The Customer Service Representative is responsible to perform basic Customer Service. Duties of this position include answer incoming calls, respond to incoming customer correspondence, account maintenance, invoice distribution, record retention repository.

Job Responsibilities
Program Operations (100%)
- Communicate via phone and/or email with customers consistently (written & verbally)
- Accurately and correctly identify the appropriate course of action for customer requests
- Receive inbound and place outbound calls to customers and dealers
- Respond to and document all communication
- Internal and external customers
- Phone calls
- Emails
- Create and distribute weekly customer invoices via email
- Retain and file business documents
- Cross train on other functions and processes within the Department to support as a back-up as needed
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Maintenance in OE system
- Document work instructions and standard operating procedures for program processes
Required Education/Experience
- Preferred: Associate degree or higher
- Required: 3 years of Customer Service in an office environment
