Customer Service Representative

Prime Service Partners is looking for a positive and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Raleigh, Nc. In this role, you’ll be our customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer support experience.

Job description

- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem and providing appropriate solutions
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when applicable
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role for HVAC and plumbing

- Must have 3 years or more call center experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
