Compensation Package:
- Full-Time Position
- Shift/Hours: 5 x 8 hour shifts, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST
- $17.50/HR

- Address and resolve customer concerns
- Set up new customers in a database
- Inform inbound callers about the various services the company offers
- Answer a high volume of calls
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Outgoing and personable
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
- Able to write in an acceptable business format
- Minimum 1 year of higher education
- Computer literate
- Customer Service Experience
