We are currently looking for Customer Service Representative's in our Wilson location. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills to be able to assist customers on the phone and in person. Having a basic knowledge of roofing and construction would be beneficial.
Skills Needed;
* Work with Contractors and Walk In Customers to Provide Excellent Customer Service
* Proficiency in Basic Math, Including Dividing in All Units of Measure
* Must be Dependable, Able to Follow Directions, Work Independently and Pay Attention to Detail
* Data and Order Entry
* Construction Knowledge Desired
* Prior Sales Experience Required
