Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is someone who is customer focused and who exhibits impeccable professionalism with both internal and external customer interactions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist existing customers that are moving and/or canceling services.
• Prepare and send contractual or cancelation documents to customers, and follow up to ensure timely service and delivery.
• Retain customers by ensuring their needs are met and customer is satisfied.
• Maintain daily call volume while providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain required monthly recovery goals.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal staff via phone and email.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years call center experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High school equivalent required
