Position summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the first impression of the company for Customers. This position requires creating an excellent experience for customers through professionalism, hospitality, and courtesy. Additionally, this position requires organization, multi-tasking, and computer skills.
Essential functions:
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers relating to product inquiries, shipment confirmations, product installation questions
- Order entry assistance
- Assist customers through email and supplier channels
- Perform miscellaneous tasks/projects by the Customer Service Manager
- Complete all tickets in assigned box before end of day
- Provide detailed follow-up date and times for responding to customers
- Check all pending tickets in assigned bucket – use discretion to follow up with the customer
- All other duties as assigned
**Must have experience providing Customer Service through phone and email

Qualifications/Skills/Education Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Possess an understanding and ability to demonstrate hospitality to all customers
- Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm always
- Basic computer and date entry skills
- Comfortable using a computer and CRM systems at a fast pace

- Experience with Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair, Lowes
- Sellercloud Warehouse Management Software
- Helpscout Customer Service Software
- Experience in the Home Improvement or Bathroom Industries
