The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following activities:
- Processing customer orders and receipts in our Warehouse Management System (RAMP)
- Billing customers based on assigned Tariff Codes
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and reports
- Develop mastery within our IT systems (RAMP) to further opportunities within the company
- Implement excellent Customer Service and timeliness as the direct point of contact for approximately 5-10 customer accounts
- Ensure compliance with Foreign Trade Zone and Customs rules and regulation.
- Learn all facets of the logistics industry and create future opportunities for yourself and the company. Potential to Lead and work within 2 Facilities.
