The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following activities:

• Processing customer orders and receipts in our Warehouse Management System (RAMP)
• Billing customers based on assigned Tariff Codes
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and reports
• Develop mastery within our IT systems (RAMP) to further opportunities within the company
• Implement excellent Customer Service and timeliness as the direct point of contact for approximately 5-10 customer accounts
• Ensure compliance with Foreign Trade Zone and Customs rules and regulation.
• Learn all facets of the logistics industry and create future opportunities for yourself and the company. Potential to Lead and work within 2 Facilities.
