Job Description
RiVidium, Inc. (dba TripleCyber) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist in the execution of the various Compensation and Benefits functions.
Major areas of support shall include:
- Answer routine questions related to a human resources (HR) functions, such as, payroll processing, benefits administration, WebTA, leave and earning statements, system inquiries, and enterprise call center lines.
- Benefits forms processing
- Benefits related Personnel Action Request (PAR) processing
- Leave bank and leave transfer program support.
- OHR Customer Service Center (OHR CSC) administration and oversight
Requirements for this position shall include:
- Basic human resources (HR) knowledge required; Federal HR Knowledge strongly preferred.
- Basic knowledge or familiarity with National Finance Center (NFC) automated time and attendance systems.
- Basic knowledge of administrative policies and procedures.
- Some Customer Service experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to process voluntary employee organization (VEO) memberships.
- Ability to handle general compensation and benefits and other human resources questions.
- Knowledge of federal government rules, regulations, processes, and procedures.
- Knowledge of HR Connect, Employee Personal Page (EPP) and other federal government systems.
