Customer Service Representative

This position is responsible for processing of customer orders, from beginning to end. This includes, gathering all information for order, inputting information into computer systems, and following-up with customer and production staff. Throughout the process, this position would also need to be able to identify and resolve errors in orders and general product information. The ideal candidate for this position has experience working with various computer systems, can learn quickly, and can maintain a steady workflow for the company through considerate, timely communication with customers and staff.

• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.

Responsibilities:

• Loading/Printing/Packaging
• Operate office equipment (printer, copier, scanner)
• Perform finishing operations such as laminating and/or mounting of printed pieces
• Operate standard finishing equipment (e.g. paper cutters, inserters, and hole punchers)
• Input information into internal software
• Help unload and store materials
• Point of contact to receive, review, and electronically log customer jobs
• Coordinate with outside agencies and services as needed
• Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into software while on the phone
• Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after production; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
