Job Description
Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound and making outbound calls to and from prospective and existing clients, agents, and third parties. You will provide comprehensive insurance solutions, to customers seeking assistance with their insurance needs. This will involve assessing customer requirements, explaining policy options, processing policy changes, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare and process binders of insurance, policies, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits and cancellations.
* Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, policy documentation, and call logs.
* Deliver exceptional Customer Service by actively listening to customer inquiries, assessing their insurance needs, and providing suitable insurance solutions.
* Explain policy options, coverage details, and insurance terms to customers, helping them understand their coverage options and make informed decisions.
* Provide accurate quotes for insurance policies. Explain pricing, discounts, and payment options.
* Assist customers with policy changes, endorsements, and modifications.
* Provide guidance and support to customers during the claims process, including filing claims, explaining coverage, and facilitating communication with claims adjusters.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

* Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
* Customer Service experience preferred.
