Department: Main Lobby Front Desk- Schedule: Part Time - Saturday / Sunday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Some holidays required

Perform a variety of Customer Service functions.
- Handle Customer Service inquiries and problems.
- Provide orientation and education for various types of equipment to customers.
- May also include instructions on patient owned repairs.
- Use systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting.
- Respond to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources.
- Maintain records as appropriate.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
