Customer Service Representative
Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17 - $21.00 / hour depending on experience
Location: Maryville, TN

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
? Maintain/ provide support for different accounts
? Receive and enter all orders for the customer
? Acknowledge ship dates and track progress though manufacturing process
? Serve as the main customer contact for key accounts
? Maintain KPI’s for key accounts (on time delivery, quality, etc...)
? Ability to look up and quote spare parts or necessary parts to customer
? Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of compressed air systems and
associated components.
? Organize work tickets and production packages to be released to the floor for orders
? Maintain highest degree of Customer Service.
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
? High School Diploma (with experience 3+ years of experience in Customer service)
? Strong data entry and organizational skills
? Self-starter with a high level of accountability, persistence and self-discipline
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Ability to interface with all departments (engineering, production, Customer Service)
