Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
1st shift 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Duties:
- Process customer purchase orders and ensure accurate information is entered for processing.
- Handle customer inquiries through emails and phone calls, providing excellent Customer Service.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure they have the necessary documents for order release.
- Notify customers promptly if there are any shipment delays or issues.
- Respond to shipping complaints, shortages, and damages, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
- Knowledge of logistics and shipping procedures to track shipments and coordinate deliveries.
- Proficient in Excel
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
