Customer Service Representative $19

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

1st shift 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Duties:

• Process customer purchase orders and ensure accurate information is entered for processing.
• Handle customer inquiries through emails and phone calls, providing excellent Customer Service.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure they have the necessary documents for order release.
• Notify customers promptly if there are any shipment delays or issues.
• Respond to shipping complaints, shortages, and damages, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
• Knowledge of logistics and shipping procedures to track shipments and coordinate deliveries.
• Proficient in Excel
• Bilingual in Spanish and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
