Responsibilities for our Customer Service Representative:
- Develop professional relationships with our customers and our clients to help bolster our customer loyalty
- Provide support for all customers regarding services by answering questions and relieving concerns
- Work effectively with a team of supervisors to ensure all customers are cared for
- Conduct general compliance and tasks, including reporting on all customer accounts to management
- Communicate effective client messaging to the customer base to ensure an increase in revenue and customer satisfaction
- Attend any meetings or client training sessions to ensure the knowledge base on services is up to date

- Experience in Client Service, Customer Service, Communications, etc.
- General understanding of building relationships, engaging with customers, and driving the consumer experience
