Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities for our Customer Service Representative:

• Develop professional relationships with our customers and our clients to help bolster our customer loyalty
• Provide support for all customers regarding services by answering questions and relieving concerns
• Work effectively with a team of supervisors to ensure all customers are cared for
• Conduct general compliance and tasks, including reporting on all customer accounts to management
• Communicate effective client messaging to the customer base to ensure an increase in revenue and customer satisfaction
• Attend any meetings or client training sessions to ensure the knowledge base on services is up to date

• Experience in Client Service, Customer Service, Communications, etc.
• General understanding of building relationships, engaging with customers, and driving the consumer experience
• Superb communication skills
• Strong organization skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced and diverse environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
