Labor Solutions has gained partnerships with multiple industrial manufacturing companies that need our assistance to help with hiring for their job opportunities. We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build relationships through service provided by telephone, email and personal interactions with customers.
- Work in partnership with the Sales Team to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate production of printed materials for company’s customers.
- Complete stewardship of orders from review of purchase orders placed by customers and order entry. Work together with production to best meet customer needs, establish delivery dates for orders and communicate dates to the customer.
- Proofread label proofs, confirm technical aspects of proofs, and review other documents that will be sent to the customer.
- Respond to customer requests for reports on a variety of subjects, typically job status reports, creating and maintaining such reports.
- Tally the final production runs and work performed to assemble paperwork for billing purposes.
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written professional communication skill.
- Problem Solving, work is typically performed under minimal daily supervision.
- Must have a level of proficiency with general business software such Microsoft Word and Excel.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma Preferred
- 3-year minimum experience print related Customer Service is required.
- Experience working effectively with customers.
- Must have a level of proficiency with general business software such Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in reviewing and proofing customer documentation with attention to detail.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and solve problems. Experience in meeting crucial customer deadlines.'
